Section 32

No personal liability shall attach to any member of the Council or the Local Authority in respect of anything done or suffered in good faith under the provisions of this Ordinance, and any sums of money, damages or costs which may be recovered against members of the

Council or Local Authority or any of them for anything done or suffered as aforesaid shall be paid out of the revenues of the State of Sabah.
