(2)
In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations made under that subsection may provide for –
(a)
the qualifications of persons who may prepare or submit plans, documents, particulars and layout plans for the purposes of the
Ordinance;
(b)
the form in which an application for planning permission shall be made, the particulars to be furnished in, and the plans, documents, particulars and layout plans to be submitted with the application and its form and scale;
(c)
the fees to be paid under the Ordinance;

(d)
the registration of applications and the form of, and particulars to be contained in, the register; and
(e)
prescribing anything that may be, or is required to be prescribed under this Ordinance.
