Section 10A

In addition to the requirements under section 39, the Registrar may require additional particulars in the manner as prescribed for the purposes of renewing or restoring removed registration of certification mark consisting of geographical indication and shall refuse to renew or restore the registration if the registered proprietor does not furnish the additional particulars required.
