Section 182
(1)
Registration of an agent applied under the repealed Act before the commencement of this Act shall continue to be in force and have effect as if made under section 97 of this Act and if registered, the agent shall be treated as a registered trademark agent under this Act.
(2)
The requirements for renewal of registration of trademark agents under this Act shall apply to the registration of the agent obtained under the repealed Act.
