(2)
In addition to subsection (1), for the purposes of this Act, such number of branch offices of the Trademarks Office as may be necessary shall be established.
(3)
Any document required by this Act to be filed at the
Trademarks Office may be filed at any branch office of the
Trademarks Office and reference in this Act to the submission at the
Trademarks Office includes reference to the submission at a branch office.
(4)
All communication with the Trademarks Office shall be in the national language or English language.
