(2)
The Registrar may, at the request of the registered proprietor in the form as determined by the Registrar together with the payment of the prescribed fee, allow the alteration of the registered trademark includes the proprietor’s name or address, the alteration is limited to the alteration of that name or address.
(3)
The alteration of a registered trademark under subsection (2)
shall not substantially affect the identity of the trademark.
