Classification of goods or services

Section 19
(1)
Goods or services shall be classified for the purposes of the registration of trademarks in accordance with a system of classification as prescribed.
(2)
If any question arises as to the class within which any goods or services are comprised, that question shall be decided by the
Registrar.
