(2)
Notwithstanding that a notice of an express trust or of the beneficiary of an express trust may be entered in the Register—
(a)
the Registrar shall not be affected by such notice in the
Register; and

(b)
for the avoidance of doubt, a failure to enter such notice in the Register shall not affect any rights or duties under the trust.
(3)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, equities in respect of a registered trademark may be enforced in like manner as in respect of other personal or movable property.
