Section 96
(1)

The Registrar shall keep and maintain a register called the

Register of Trademark Agents.

(2)

The Register of Trademark Agents shall contain the names, addresses and other prescribed matters of registered trademark agents who shall act on behalf of any person for the purposes of section 95.
