establish a Campus of a University in or outside Malaysia;

assign a suitable name or designation to the Campus;

specify the site or location of the Campus, being the site or location which shall be in addition to the Campus at the seat of the University; and

prescribe such other matters as may be necessary or expedient for giving effect to the Campus Order.

The Minister may amend, vary or revoke a Campus Order by a subsequent order published in the Gazette.

If any area is required to be used by the University temporarily for any purpose, the Vice-Chancellor may, with the consent of the

Board, approve the use of such area for such purpose by the

University for such duration as he may deem necessary, and the

provisions of this Act, the Constitution, Statutes, Rules and

Regulations of the University shall apply to such area as they apply to a Campus.
