Section 23A

Provided that—

(2)

The chairman shall preside at a meeting of the Authority and in his absence the members of the Authority shall elect one of their number to preside over the meeting.

(3)

The quorum of a meeting of the Authority, other than the Board, shall be determined by Statute.
