Section 23A
(1)
The Authority shall meet as and when required to do so by the chairman of the Authority.
(2)
The chairman shall preside at a meeting of the Authority and in his absence the members of the Authority shall elect one of their number to preside over the meeting.
(3)
The quorum of a meeting of the Authority, other than the Board, shall be determined by Statute.
