(2)

The Statutes, Rules and Regulations of the University as amended from time to time shall be published in book form at such intervals as the Board may direct, and copies shall be made available for purchase at a reasonable price by members of the public.

(3)

Nothing in this section shall apply to—

(a)

any Rules or Regulation containing only instructions to examiners or invigilators; or

(b)

any Rules or Regulation which the Board resolves not to publish.
