Procedure on making, amending or revoking Rules

Section 28
(1)
The Board may, subject to the provisions of this section, make, amend or revoke any Rules.
(2)
The draft of any Rules dealing with—
(a)
any matter referred to in paragraphs 27(a), (b), (c), (d) and (i); or
(b)
any matter within the jurisdiction of the Senate, shall be proposed by the Senate; and the Board may approve the draft or refer it back to the Senate with observations or proposals for amendment, and no such
Rules shall be made until the Senate has agreed to its terms.
