Section 46A

Constitution, every person employed by the University, including professors appointed under section 46, shall hold office subject to the provisions of the

Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 [Act 30] and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder and the terms and conditions of their employment or appointment shall be deemed to include a provision to this effect.
