Vesting of communication pipes and repairs of such pipes

Section 32

All communication pipes at present existing or hereafter laid shall vest in the water supply authority; and the water supply authority shall, at its own expense, carry out any necessary works of maintenance, repair or renewal of such pipes, and any work on their mains and incidental thereto.
