Section 73

When a licensed plumber has been instructed to construct, alter or repair a fire service, he shall prepare a plan of the work required and submit it to the Officer in Charge of the Police District. If the Officer in Charge of the Police District approves the proposals he shall endorse the said Form and the plan accordingly and pass them to the Water

Authority.
