Section 95

Notices required to be given or sent under the Ordinance and these Regulations to a person or persons shall be issued under the hand of the Water Authority or an officer authorised on its behalf and shall be served either by delivering the same by post to the person or persons to whom they are addressed or by leaving the same at the residence or place of business of such person or persons, or by leaving the same on the premises to which such notices relate.
