Section 69
(1)
Permission to construct a fire service in premises may be granted by the Water
Authority to enable water to be drawn from the waterworks for the purpose of combating fire in such premises.
(2)
Such permission shall be subject to such conditions as the Water Authority may require.
Fees payable.
