Section 91
(1)
The Water Authority shall submit accounts for money due for water supplied.

(2)
If in any case moneys due are not paid within fourteen days from the date of presentation of the account, a notice of intention to disconnect the service shall be sent by the Water Authority in Form 2 in the Third Schedule hereto:
Provided that nothing shall prevent action under section 14 or proceedings under section 18 of the Ordinance being taken without notice to the person in default.
(3)
The appropriate fee shall be payable by a consumer to whom a notice has been sent under the provisions of paragraph (2).
