Section 89
(1)
Disconnection of the supply to any consumer under section 14 of the Ordinance may be affected by severing the inside service or by such other means as the Water
Authority may deem necessary.
Notice that the supply is to be disconnected shall be given in Form 2 in the Third
Schedule hereto.
(2)
After the requirements of the Ordinance have been complied with a fee as laid down in the First Schedule hereto shall be paid by the consumer for the reconnection of any supply so disconnected.
Consumer responsible for maintenance of inside service.
