Section 49
No person shall—
(a)
in a wildlife reserve, disturb, cut, remove or take any soil, timber or vegetation;
(b)
in a wildlife sanctuary—
(i)
hunt any animal or bird;
(ii)
take, disturb, damage or destroy the nest or egg of any animal or bird; or
(iii)
disturb, cut, remove or take any soil, timber or vegetation.
