Section 4
(1)
There shall be appointed a Director General, such number of
Deputies Director General, Directors, Deputy Directors, Assistant
Directors and Rangers as may be necessary for the purpose of this
Act.
(2)
The Director General shall have general control of officers appointed under this section.
(3)
Every appointment under this section shall be published in the
Gazette.
(4)
All officers appointed under this section shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
(5)
The Director General and Deputies Director General shall have all the powers and discretions vested in the Director by this Act.
