Section 36
A licensed hunter who hunts any protected wildlife or a holder of a special permit who hunts any totally protected wildlife, where applicable, shall record in the appropriate space provided in the licence or special permit—
(a)
the number, sex and species of the wildlife which was hunted;
(b)
the date on which, and the locality in which, the wildlife was hunted;
(c)
the methods or means by which the wildlife was hunted;
and
(d)
the methods and date of disposal, including the licence, permit or special permit number of the purchaser should the wildlife be sold.
(2)
Any licensed hunter who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
