Delegation of powers

Section 5
(1)
The Director General may, in writing, delegate any of the powers or duties assigned to him under this Act to any officer, subject to such terms and conditions as he thinks fit.
(2)
A delegation under this section shall not preclude the Director
General himself from performing or exercising at any time any of the powers or duties so delegated.
