Section 115
Obligation of secrecy
(a)
no member of the Institute or any officer of the Institute or any person attending any meeting of the Institute, whether during his tenure of office or during his employment or after that, shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of performing his functions and which is not published in pursuance of this Act; and
(b)
no other person who has by any means access to any information or document relating to the affairs of the
Institute shall disclose such information or document.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
