Section 3

The Minister may, from time to time, appoint from amongst the public service, such number of Deputy Directors General,

Directors, Deputy Directors, Assistant Directors and such other officers as are necessary to assist the Director General in the performance of his functions and duties under this Act.

All officers appointed under subsection (2) shall be subject to the supervision, direction and control of the Director General.

Appointment of Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrars, officers and other servants
