(2)
Every youth society shall register with the Registrar except—
(a)
any society that is established under any of the Acts as prescribed under the First Schedule; and
(b)
any youth wing to any society other than youth societies.
(3)
Every youth society registered under the Societies Act 1966 [Act 335] shall, within twelve months from the date of commencement of this Act or any term as agreed by the Minister, apply to the Registrar to be registered under this Act.
(4)
Until the Registrar approves the registration of any youth society under subsection (3), the Societies Act 1966 shall continue to apply to such youth society.
