Power of Registrar to call for information

Section 8
(1)
The Registrar may, in relation to any application for registration under subsection 7(1) or any other provision of this
Act or regulations, call for such further information, and make such inquiries, as he may consider necessary.
(2)
Where a person making any application fails to supply the further information called for or answer the inquiries made, under subsection (1), to the satisfaction of the Registrar, the Registrar may refuse the application.
