Seksyen 26
(a)
dalam perenggan (1)(d), dengan menggantikan perkataan
“by notice or otherwise” dengan perkataan “by the employer”; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas subseksyen (6) subseksyen yang berikut:
“(7) For the purposes of this section, “dependant”
means—
(a)
the husband of an employee;
(b)
the wife or wives of an employee;

a child, step-child or adopted child, who is unmarried and under the age of eighteen years, of an employee; or
(d)
natural or legally adoptive father or mother of an employee.”.
