Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

Pemberitahuan ini bolehlah dinamakan Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas

(Kawasan Yang Diisytiharkan) (Pindaan) (No. 3) 2001.

(2)

Pemberitahuan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 13 Disember 2001.

Pindaan kepada Jadual

Seksyen 2

Jadual yang terdapat dalam subperenggan 2(a) kepada Pemberitahuan Zon

Bebas (Kawasan Yang Diisytiharkan) 2000 [P.U. (B) 325/2000] dipinda dalam ruang (2)—

(a)

dengan menggantikan perkataan “dan 2234” dengan perkataan “, 2234

dan 2283”;

(b)

dengan memotong perkataan “dan” yang terdapat di hujung butiran

(v)

;

(c)

dengan menggantikan noktah di hujung butiran (vi) dengan perkataan

“; dan”; dan

(d)

dengan memasukkan selepas butiran (vi) butiran yang berikut:

“(vii) Tanah (Lot A) seluas 1.909 hektar di Lot 66233 dan tanah

(Lot B) seluas 1.028 hektar di Lot 83274 sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Pelan Warta PW 2282.”.

NOTIFICATION 2001

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification: Citation and commencement

Seksyen 1

(1)

This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Declared Area)

(Amendment) (No. 3) Notification 2001.

(2)

This Notification comes into operation on 13 December 2001.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule appearing in subparagraph 2(a) to the Free Zones (Declared

Area) Notification 2000 [P.U. (B) 325/2000] is amended in column (2)—

(a)

by substituting for the words “and 2234” the words “, 2234 and 2283”;

(b)

by deleting the word “and” appearing at the end of item (v);

(c)

by substituting for the full stop at the end of item (vi) the words

“; and”; and

(d)

by inserting after item (vi) the following item:

“(vii) Land (Lot A) in area of 1.909 hectare at Lot 66233 and land

(Lot B) in area of 1.028 hectare at Lot 83274 as shown in the Gazette Plan PW 2282.”.
