AKTA AKAUNTAN, 1967
Opening note
Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 14 (7) Akta Akauntan, 1967, Menteri selepas mendapat nasihat Institiut Akauntan Malaysia dengan ini membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama.
Seksyen 2
Bahagian I Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Akauntan, 1967, adalah dengan ini dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan-perkataan "The final examinations of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants shall be recognised examinations for the purpose of section 14 (1) (a)" dengan perkataan-perkataan yang berikut—
"The examinations recognised for the purpose of section 14 (1) (a) are;
(b)
The final examinations for the Diploma in Accountancy of the University of Malaya."

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 (7) of the Accountants Act, 1967, the Minister after seeking the advice of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants hereby makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Accountants (Amendment of First Schedule) Order, 1974.
Seksyen 2
Part I of the First Schedule to the Accountants Act, 1967, is hereby amended by substituting for the words "The final examinations of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants shall be recognised examinations for the purpose of section 14 (1) (a)" the following words—
"The examinations recognised for the purpose of section 14 (1) (a) are:
(b)
The final examinations for the Diploma in Accountancy of the University of Malaya."
