Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 15 Akta Akta. Penyemakan Undang-undang, 1968, Pesuruhjaya Penyemak Undang-undang, dengan kelulusan Jawatankuasa Penyemak Undang-undang, dengan ini membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Seksyen 73A (5) Akta Keterangan, 1950, adalah dengan ini dibetulkan dengan menggantikan perkataan "expedient" dengan perkataan "inexpedient".

REVISION OF LAWS ACT, 1968
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Revision of Laws Act, 1968, the Commissioner of Law Revision, with the approval of the Law Revision Committee, hereby makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Revision of Laws (Evidence Act) Order, 1974, and shall have the force of law with effect from the 1st November, 1971. Citation and effective date.
Seksyen 2
Section 73A (5) of the Evidence Act, 1950, is hereby rectified by Rectification of Act 56. substituting the word "inexpedient" for the word "expedient".
