Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 12 (2) Akta Pergigian 1971, Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis Pergigian Malaysia, membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Pergigian 1971 adalah dipinda—
(a)
dengan memotong perkataan-perkataan "Dacca Dental College University of Dacca, Ramna, Dacca, East Pakistan" dan kelulusan yang berkaitan yang terdapat di bawah negeri "Pakistan"; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas sahaja catatan-catatan bagi Australia, negeri, yayasan dan kelulusan yang berikut:
"Bangladesh
Dhaka Dental College,
University of Dhaka,
Ramna, Dhaka
Bachelor of Dental Surgery".
Diperbuat pada 10hb Julai 1989. [KKM----60 (144) Jld. 5; PN. $ \left( \mathrm{P U}^{2} \right) $ 93.]

DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 1989
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 (2) of the Dental Act 1971, the Minister, after consulting the Malaysian Dental Council, makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 1989.
Seksyen 2
The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended—
(a)
by deleting the words "Dacca Dental College University of Dacca, Ramna, Dacca, East Pakistan" and the related qualification appearing under the country "Pakistan"; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after the entries for Australia, the following country, institution and qualification:
"Bangladesh
Dhaka Dental College University of Dhaka Ramna, Dhaka
Bachelor of Dental Surgery".
Made the 10th July 1989.
