Section 18
The Registrar of the Court shall not supply a copy of an adoption order or of an interim order except –
(a)
in accordance with the provisions of the last foregoing rule;
(b)
at the request of the Regional Registrar of Births and Deaths; or
(c)
on the application of any other person under an order of the Court.
