Section 20
(1)
Where the determination of an application is postponed and an interim order is made, the Registrar of the Court shall, not less than one month before the expiration of the period specified in the order, if no time has been previously fixed, fix a time for the further hearing of the application.
(2)
When the time for the further hearing is fixed, the Registrar of the Court shall serve a notice in Form 8 on the applicant and shall serve a notice in Form 9 on every respondent and a copy thereof on the guardian ad litem.
