“Tipping-off 52a. (1) Any person who—

All societies or organizations which, prior to the coming into operation of this Act, are operating as licensing bodies shall continue to operate as licensing bodies:

Provided that such society or organization shall, within a period of three months after the coming into operation of this

Act, register with the Controller.

(3)

The Controller shall issue to the society or organization which has registered with the Controller under subsection (2) a declaration that it is a licensing body under subsection 27a(3)

of the principal Act.
