Section 135
Prevention of anomalies
The Minister may, whenever it appears to him necessary or expedient to do so, whether for the purpose of removing difficulties or preventing anomalies in consequence of the enactment of this Act, by order published in the Gazette make such modifications to any provision in this Act as he thinks fit but the Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by this section after the expiration of two years from the appointed date.
(2)
In this section, “modifications” includes amendments, additions, deletions, substitutions, adaptations, variations, alterations and non-application of any provision of this Act.
