Section 36

The licensees and persons in charge of private community mental health centres, including gazetted private community mental health centres, shall comply with the requirements of the Private

Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 relating to private community mental health centres, but if the requirements of that Act are inconsistent with any provision of this Act, the provisions of this

Act shall prevail.
