Section 49
(1)
Every psychiatric hospital, psychiatric nursing home and community mental health centre shall have programmes and activities to ensure the quality and appropriateness of the healthcare facilities and services provided.
(2)
Information regarding such programmes and activities shall be furnished to the Director General as and when required by him.
