Section 7
(1)
The licensee and Medical Director of a private psychiatric hospital, including a gazetted private psychiatric hospital, shall comply with the requirements of the Private Healthcare Facilities and
Services Act 1998, but if the requirements of that Act are inconsistent with any provision of this Act, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
(2)
The licensee and Medical Director of a gazetted private psychiatric hospital shall comply with such other additional requirements as may be prescribed.
