159. Issue of spectrum assignment

(1)

The Commission may issue a spectrum assignment which confers rights on a person to use one or more specified frequency bands for any purpose consistent with the assignment conditions.

(2)

A spectrum assignment may be issued under this section only when the relevant frequency bands for spectrum assignment have been determined by the Minister.
