Section 69B
Any person removed from office under subparagraph 69(1)(iii) or subsubparagraph 69(1)(c)(iv)(A) shall cease to hold the office from which he is removed with effect from the date set out in the order, and shall not thereafter hold any other office in that co-operative society or, in any manner, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned with, or take part, or engage in, any business, activities or affairs in relation to that co-operative society.

Any officer of the co-operative society who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both and shall, in addition, be liable to a daily fine of one hundred ringgit for each day during which the offence continues after conviction.
