Section 87

The Minister may, on being satisfied that it is desirable to do so in the interest of the development of co-operative society generally or of a particular co-operative society or a particular class, category or description of co-operative society, by general or special order, subject to such conditions as he may impose, exempt any co-operative society or class, category or description of co-operative society, from any of the provisions of this Act, or direct that such provisions shall apply to any co-operative society or class, category or description of co-operative society, with effect from such date or with such modifications as may be specified in the order.
