Section 11

The Board may, from time to time, with the approval of the

Minister establish companies under the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125] to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of

any project, scheme or enterprise which has been planned or undertaken by the Board in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers.
