(2)
The Chairman of the Board or the person appointed to exercise the functions of the Chairman pursuant to subsection 9(1)
shall preside at any meeting of the Board.
(3)
If at any meeting of the Board neither the Chairman nor the person appointed to exercise the functions of the Chairman pursuant to subsection 9(1) is present, the members present shall elect one of their members to be the chairman of the meeting.
(4)
Every question at a meeting of the Board shall be determined by a majority of the votes of the members present, and in the case of an equality of votes, the chairman of the meeting shall have a casting vote.
(5)
The Board may act notwithstanding one or more vacancies among its members.
(6)
Subject to this Act, the Board may determine its own procedure.
(7)
The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be five.
