Revocation of appointment and resignation

(1)
The appointment of any member appointed under paragraph 6(1)(a) or (d) may at any time be revoked by the Minister without assigning any reasons for the revocation.
(2)
A member appointed by the Minister may at any time resign his office by giving a written notice addressed to the Minister.
Vacation of office
