Section 26
(1)
A licensee shall notify the Director General within fourteen days of its occurrence of any change in the person in charge of any class and speciality of the licensed pathology laboratory to which the licence relates and of the qualifications, training and experience of the new person in charge.
(2)
A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
