Section 35
(1)
A registered currency processor shall pay any fees prescribed by the Minister under section 60.
(2)
No registered currency processor shall be entitled to a refund of any fees paid under subsection (1).
(3)
The Bank may sue any person to recover any unpaid fees under this Act as a civil debt due to the Government and the court may award the cost of recovering the unpaid fees to the
Bank.
