Power to make regulations
The Minister may make regulations to prescribe—
(a)
the procedures for the conciliation proceedings and any related matter;
(b)
the procedures, proceedings and fees under Part V;
(c)
the offences which may be compounded, the forms to be used, and the methods and procedures for compounding such offences under this Act;
(d)
any matter to be prescribed by the Minister under
