Section 33

The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 31a the following section:

“Protection against suit and legal proceedings 31a.  No action, suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against the Board, any Committee appointed by the Board, any members of the Board, any members of the Committee appointed by the Board or any person or officer of the Board authorized or appointed to act for or on behalf of the Board in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by it or him in good faith, or any omission by it or him in good faith, in such capacity.”.
